The core programme
When you are the cognitive bottleneck in your own business
You have optimised almost everything. The team, the systems, the strategy. Everything except the one engine all of it runs through: how your own brain handles load, attention and recovery.
I don’t teach mindset. I teach brain strategy.
A system you install, not a course you watch
The C.O.G.S. Programme is a nine-week live programme: eight taught weeks plus one implementation break. It rebuilds the way you run your own cognition. Structured, evidence led and directive. The productivity systems you have tried before reorganised your tasks. This changes how your brain actually works.
Every week holds the two threads together: performing sharply now, and protecting the brain you will rely on for decades.
The four phases
C: Cognitive Baseline
Week 1. We establish how your cognition is actually performing right now. A real diagnostic, not a personality quiz, so everything that follows is built on your brain.
O: Organised Operations
Weeks 2 to 3. Structuring your work around how attention and cognitive load genuinely behave, so your day stops fighting your biology.
G: Guard and Grow
Weeks 4 to 6. The protection thread: sleep, stress and recovery, and the neuroplasticity and cognitive reserve work that keeps you sharp now and buys good years later.
S: Sustainable Success
Weeks 7 to 8. Turning it into a Blueprint you can measure and sustain after the programme ends.
Who it is for
Senior professionals and business owners whose output is their thinking, who have usually hit a trigger: a parent’s decline, a late ADHD diagnosis, a cognitive scare, or a step up that raised the cost of thinking poorly. People ready to protect an asset they have realised is vulnerable.
Who it is not for
If you are early stage and stretching to afford it, this is not the right time, and I would rather tell you that than take your money. The programme is built for people with something already worth protecting.
