The cognitive health assessment

You measure everything in your business except the thing it all runs on

A clinical-grade measurement of how your brain is actually performing, benchmarked against your peers, and translated into what it means for the way you lead, decide and work. This is not a personality quiz.

Measured, not guessed

Most “brain” tools are personality colours or wellbeing questionnaires. This is different. Your cognition is measured on a validated clinical platform (Creyos), the same class of task used in research and rehabilitation, and your scores are compared against demographic norms for your age and gender. The result is a true reading, adjusted for reliability, not a label.

You complete it from your own laptop in around 40 minutes. No clinic, no special equipment. What comes back is the part nobody else gives you: a clear, honest picture of how your brain performs under load, where your real strengths sit, and where strain is quietly costing you.

What it measures

Across a dozen cognitive domains, each one tied back to a real demand of your working life.

Planning and foresight

How well you sequence steps toward a goal. The engine of strategy, project structure and decisions made ahead of time.

Working memory

Holding and reshaping information as the situation changes. What you draw on when priorities shift mid-meeting.

Attention and focus

Holding concentration and filtering noise. What lets you stay with a hard problem instead of reacting to the next ping.

Verbal reasoning

Understanding complex language and drawing valid conclusions. The cost of reading contracts and giving clear instruction.

Processing and recall

Speed of thought and memory for detail. How quickly you take things in, and how reliably they stay.

Impulse control

Holding back the reflex response under pressure. What sits behind steady judgement when the stakes are high.

Alongside the cognitive testing, the assessment includes validated screening of sleep quality and of mood and stress, because those are the levers that move your scores the most.

What lands on your desk

A comprehensive, personalised written report. Not a score sheet, a strategic document. It sets out your standout strengths, the domains showing strain, and what each one means in the specific context of your role and your goals. Every result is written back into your working life, so you know exactly where your thinking is an advantage and where it is costing you effort.

It closes with a strategic action plan: a small number of high-impact priorities, ordered, that protect and sharpen the way you think. And because we read it together in a private one to one, you leave with a plan you understand, not a PDF you file away.

How a single domain reads (illustrative):

Planning, 87th percentile, above average. Your standout strength. The ability to sequence steps toward a goal before you begin. In your work: strategic foresight, structuring complex projects, building order without a template. How to use it, and how to protect it under fatigue.

A baseline now, and a guard for later

This serves both things at once. Today, it shows you where to put your effort for the sharpest return. Over time, it gives you a baseline you can re-test, so you can see what stress, sleep and the years are doing to your thinking before it shows up in your decisions.

Much of long-term brain health runs through factors you can actually influence. A clear baseline is how you start acting on them early, on evidence rather than worry.
